Xcaret Group, based in Riviera Maya, has long been committed to sustainability. This commitment is not just about creating economic value, but also about ensuring sociocultural and environmental benefits. This approach ensures a harmonious balance between business growth, community wellbeing, and environmental preservation. The group's Sustainability Report 2023 highlights the various actions and programs that embody this commitment, demonstrating that sustainability is not just about specific projects, but a fundamental aspect of daily operations.
Xcaret Group's sustainability model is built on three pillars: People, Planet, and Prosperity. Each pillar is further divided into five themes, which are enhanced through innovation and guide the group's commitment to social, environmental, and economic prosperity. Iliana Rodríguez, Corporate Director of Sustainability and Institutional Dialogue, noted that gender equality has been a reality within the group since its inception. This is evidenced by the fact that women make up 42% of the executive team and have never experienced a pay gap.
