Tulum, Mexico — The government of Tulum is inviting the public to enjoy one of its premier festivals, the Pizza & Pasta Fest, a celebration worthy of the most demanding palates. The event is scheduled for November 8 and 9 at the explanada of the Tulum Municipal Palace, which will be filled with Italian food.
Hundreds of people are expected to arrive in the municipality with the intention of sampling the southeastern version of these dishes. Between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., local producers will showcase their interpretations of this type of food. It is anticipated that some will bring the traditional international experience, while others will be tasked with demonstrating the fusion of ingredients from the coast.
The local government has promoted this gastronomic gathering as, "the meeting point to enjoy the best Italian flavors with a Tulum touch."
Beyond the cuisine, there will be live music, exhibitions, and the sale of various products related to this type of food for attendees. This is a family-friendly event open to the public.
"Come with your family and friends to try delicious creations, live music, and many more surprises," says the promotion from the local government.
Visitors will have the opportunity to taste how ingredients from the coast are incorporated into these classic recipes. In addition to the food offerings, the Pizza & Pasta Fest will function as a meeting point to enjoy varied entertainment.
