Tulum, Mexico — Through the weekly conference held by Municipal President Diego Castañón Trejo, the entire population is invited to attend service caravans that will be arriving in different neighborhoods, bringing municipal offices closer to citizens and facilitating their procedures and service requests.
“Always prioritizing citizens, we are carrying out these caravans through which we will be attending to all people who require various procedures and services, so that, among other things, they don’t miss out on the discounts we are offering during the months of January, February, and March,” stated President Diego Castañón Trejo.
According to the announcement, he invited people to approach the different neighborhoods this week from 5:00 to 7:00 in the afternoon. On Tuesday, in Maya Paax; today, in Cancha Maya; Thursday, in Chemuyil; and Friday in Akumal, where various areas will be available including: Treasury, Cadastre, Public Services, Traffic, Civil Protection, DIF, among others.
In further information, the General Director of DIF, Adriana Cazales Durán, invited all interested population to give legal certainty to their families through the Collective Weddings that will take place in February as part of strengthening Tulum families and children.
She added that DIF has various supports available to the entire population such as: CRIM, Senior Citizen Daycare, Social Assistance, CADI, Child Care, the Office for the Protection of Girls, Boys, Adolescents and the Family, food support, the Multiple Sensory Stimulation Center, and the Equine Therapy Center, among others.
For his part, the General Director of Economy, Melitón González, announced the upcoming tamale fair that will take place on Monday, February 2, which will include different activities, so he invited citizens to participate starting at 4:00 in the afternoon at the municipal palace esplanade and enjoy this typical Mexican snack.
He recalled the Tulum 2026 Real Estate Fair that seeks to provide tools to real estate buyers and sellers, allowing them to have legal certainty regarding housing and land, and advance in such an important sector within the municipality’s development.
With direct attention to media and the general population, the Tulum government makes its actions transparent and responds to different concerns and needs of the population, always prioritizing frank openness that guarantees continuing to advance toward a just and prosperous transformation for all.
