Tulum, Quintana Roo — The Tulum Municipal Government has launched the 2026 Property Tax Payment Stimulus Program, titled “With Your Property Tax, Tulum Advances.” The program aims to incentivize timely compliance with this municipal contribution.
Municipal President Diego Castañón announced that during January, a 30 percent discount will be granted, 15 percent in February, and 10 percent in March for those who make their payment within the established deadlines.
As an additional incentive, those who pay their property tax will participate in raffles. In January, a 2026 Suzuki Dzire car will be raffled, in February a 2026 Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX motorcycle, and in March a 2026 Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 motorcycle.
The municipal administration indicated that the collected resources will allow for the continuation of infrastructure works, improvement of public services, and attention to projects in the municipal seat, delegations, and sub-delegations.

The enabled service points are: Treasury Cashier on the ground floor of the Municipal Palace; Urban Development Directorate at Plaza Andador, Ook Ot Street; and the Transit Directorate on Tulum–Boca Paila highway km 1.5, next to the Red Cross.
Service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
