Quintana Roo, Mexico — From November 13 to 17, the State of Quintana Roo will implement a fiscal stimulus campaign allowing vehicle owners to catch up on their property tax and fiscal credit payments. The initiative seeks to promote tax responsibility and reduce the backlog in compliance with motor vehicle-related fiscal obligations, including surcharges and updates corresponding to the years 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
The campaign also encourages the incorporation of citizens into the development of a stronger and more responsible local economy. To facilitate this, procedures can be carried out quickly, simply, and securely through the official portal of the state's Tax Administration Service.
Furthermore, this measure is part of a government strategy to strengthen public finances and encourage a more responsible environment in citizen contributions.
Coordinated Security Operation for Buen Fin
Separately, with the goal of guaranteeing a safe and orderly Buen Fin season, security authorities in Quintana Roo will deploy a coordinated operation. More than three thousand agents, in collaboration with the National Guard, the Secretariat of the Navy, and the Secretariat of National Defense, will monitor shopping centers, urban areas, and communication routes to prevent incidents and ensure the tranquility of residents and visitors, especially during a time of high traffic due to commercial promotions and events.
These types of actions not only strengthen the culture of contribution but also foster the active participation of citizens in collective well-being, ensuring a balance between economic growth and social responsibility.
