Quintana Roo Governor Intensifies Security Measures: Adolescent Support Center Revamped.

Quintana Roo Governor, Mara Lezama, has vowed to ensure that all crimes are duly punished and that lawbreakers will face justice. This commitment was reiterated during a Security Cabinet meeting, where surveillance was bolstered across the municipality with the addition of 200 security personnel from various government levels.

This move followed an attack on the local police command, which prompted a posthumous tribute and a high-level meeting to reconsider peace strategies. The security situation was further strengthened by the arrival of personnel from the Navy, State Police, National Guard, and National Defense. These teams aim to manage the situation, assist in investigations, and enhance surveillance.
