Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo — The Quintana Roo State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) has confirmed that Reyes Valdovinos Rivera, a Puerto Morelos municipal official reported missing since last March, was found among the 16 bodies discovered in clandestine graves in the Leona Vicario delegation.
The confirmation came after the search file for the public servant, reported missing since last March, was deactivated.
Valdovinos Rivera, 53, served as director of the municipal program “President in Your Colony” and his body was located among the 16 bodies found on November 12 last year at a ranch known as “Sac Lol,” located in the vicinity of Leona Vicario.
According to official information, the official was deprived of his liberty on March 9 along with Jorge Manuel Beh Ac, 37. Both had ties to the “César Martín Rosado” Taxi Union, in addition to performing formal work activities, which placed the case under public scrutiny from the first hours of their disappearance.
