Tulum, Quintana Roo — The Quintana Roo State Prosecutor’s Office has charged four individuals for their alleged involvement in small-scale drug trafficking operations in Tulum.
According to official statement 44/2026-FDC, dated February 27, judges granted formal charges against Brandon Miguel “N,” Jeu Bryan “N,” Mario David “N,” and Moisés “N” in separate hearings after reviewing evidence presented by the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Drug Trafficking.
In the first case, judges charged Brandon Miguel “N” and Jeu Bryan “N” with drug possession with intent to distribute cannabis and methamphetamine. Prosecutors stated the suspects were detained with various quantities of these substances allegedly intended for sale in the municipality.
In a second case, Mario David “N” was charged with possession with intent to distribute cannabis and cocaine after a judge reviewed the evidence presented by prosecutors.
Finally, Moisés “N” was formally charged with possession with intent to distribute cannabis after prosecutors presented sufficient evidence to establish his alleged involvement in small-scale drug distribution activities.
The State Prosecutor’s Office confirmed all four defendants will remain in preventive detention while their cases proceed through the judicial system to ensure their appearance in court and prevent potential risks to society.
