MUST-SEE LGBTQ+ PRIDE INITIATIVES in YUCATAN

The Town Council of Solidaridad, in its Sixty-Third Regular Session, approved a series of measures in support of the local community. Among these, a full payment for group weddings within the LGBTTTIQ+ community was sanctioned.

In addition, a 100% subsidy was granted for the entire month of June, applicable to the Identity Change Act. These initiatives are part of the activities planned for Pride month and align with the commitments made by the Solidaridad Municipality, Quintana Roo, in its declaration as a “Friendly City with People of Sexual Diversity”.

These measures are expected to support and uplift the LGBTTTIQ+ community, while also celebrating diversity and inclusivity within the municipality.
