Cancún — On Saturday, December 14, starting at 4:00 p.m., Playa Delfines in Cancún will be the stage for an outdoor theatrical performance that will recreate the complete story of the birth of Jesus, from the announcement of the angel Gabriel to the arrival of the Three Wise Men.
The event is a free event organized by the group Creative Evangelization.
With over 80 actors, period costumes, and special scenography facing the sea, the production aims to offer residents and tourists a different Christmas experience that combines faith, art, and the natural environment of one of Cancún’s most emblematic public beaches.
The staging, which has involved several months of rehearsals, will include music, lighting effects, and a chronological narration of the traditional biblical passages of Christmas.
The access will be free and an area will be set up so that families can settle on the sand.
The organizers invite attendees to arrive early to get the best spots and to bring water to stay hydrated. The event will conclude around 7:00 p.m. with a collective Christmas message.
This will be the fourth consecutive year that Creative Evangelization has held this massive representation at Playa Delfines, consolidating it as one of the most anticipated religious and cultural activities of the December season in the city.
