Body Found Wrapped in Black Bags in Cancún Neighborhood

Cancún, Mexico — The tranquility of the Valle Verde neighborhood was disrupted Friday morning after residents discovered the lifeless body of a man wrapped in black bags and adhesive tape on the side of a dirt road. The discovery was reported around 7:30 a.m. to emergency services after locals noticed a suspicious bundle while heading to work.

Authorities Launch Investigation

Upon arrival, municipal police confirmed the presence of a male victim, approximately 1.70 meters tall, with a thin build and dressed in black pants. The area was cordoned off to preserve potential evidence. Forensic experts and agents from the State Attorney General’s Office later arrived to begin investigative procedures and remove the body.

As of now, the victim’s identity and cause of death remain undisclosed. Authorities have not ruled out a possible connection to recent violent incidents in Cancún.

The case remains under investigation.
