Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — AMEXME Riviera Maya celebrated its 23rd anniversary with a monthly meeting on February 26, marking more than two decades of promoting women’s leadership and business development in the region.

During the session, the organization presented work plans from various departments under the leadership of current president Valeria Rindertsma and the coordination of the Board of Directors. Each committee shared objectives and action lines aligned with the 2026 strategic vision, reaffirming their commitment to structured, coordinated work with measurable results.

The event included representatives from AMEXME Cancún’s Board of Directors and members of the National Board, who are already forming alliances under the new leadership headed by Denisse Montiel. This visit strengthened regional ties and collaboration between chapters.

As part of the program, organizers held a panel discussion titled “Business Outlook in Light of New Reforms,” featuring Gabriela González López, Notary 82 and Director of AMEXME Riviera Maya’s Legal Department; Pablo Barrera de la Cruz, Vice President of the Riviera Maya Association of Accounting Professionals; and Abigail Ordóñez, Vice President of ANADE. Panelists shared key information about legal changes affecting the business sector.
