Protesters gathered at Cancún City Hall, demanding a public apology from Mayor Ana Paty Peralta for her alleged mismanagement, corruption, and failure to address public safety concerns.

José Bizarro Galván, leader of the Transporters Organized United of Riviera (TOUR) movement, has refuted claims that Uber drivers are permitted to operate at Cancún International Airport. This contradicts his previous statement that they are protected by an order.

In a recent interview, Galván insisted that the alleged protection order, which Uber drivers claim to have, is entirely untrue. He stated, "This is completely false. We have asked the authorities for clarification and were informed that no such protection order exists for this platform to operate at Cancún International Airport or in any other states of the country."
