Framigan Sane S de RL de CV and Baritano SA de CV, companies partnered with Yucatecans Roger Guillermo Montejo Pineda and Manuel Fernando Dorantes Cervera, have invoiced over $88.3 million pesos to the State Health Services of Quintana Roo (SESA).
These companies are implicated in a new alleged corruption case involving SESA. They have secured contracts across the last two administrations amounting to $88,350,710.56 pesos.
The companies have been awarded up to 12 contracts for various services at SESA, including those related to Hemodynamics equipment and medical gases such as oxygen, medicinal air, vacuum, and nitrous oxide.
Under the corporate name Baritano SA de CV, partners Montejo Pineda and Dorantes Cervera signed eight contracts worth $29,848,488.93 pesos during the tenure of ex-governor Carlos Joaquín González and Alejandra Aguirre Crespo, head of SESA.
Baritano SA de CV was established on November 9, 2011, by Notary Public Fernando Villanueva Jorge, of the municipality Maxcanu, Yucatan, with Montejo Pineda and Dorantes Cervera as partners. However, in 2020, the founding partners sold their shares to Humberto Suárez Cervera and Jonnathan Edgardo García Galeas.
In the current administration of Governor Mara Lezama, Framigan Sane S de RL de CV, another company associated with Montejo Pineda and Dorantes Cervera, has been winning contracts.
Interestingly, Framigan Sane S de RL de CV was established in 2015 by Montejo Pineda and Dorantes Cervera, not in Merida, Yucatan, but in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas. Under this name, it has won four contracts in the current SESA administration totaling $58,502,221.63 pesos.
The most recent contract, ESA-DA-SRM-VII-001-2024, was signed on July 3, 2024, for $17,923,016.01 pesos. This contract was to strengthen the hemodynamics services of the General Hospital of Chetumal, involving the acquisition of additional medical equipment for the hemodynamics room.
