Quintana Roo Authorities Search for Seven Missing Persons Across Three Municipalities

Authorities in Quintana Roo are searching for seven missing persons, including three minors, across multiple municipalities.

Chetumal, Quintana Roo — The Quintana Roo State Prosecutor’s Office has activated search alerts for seven people reported missing across three municipalities in the state, including three minors and one woman.

The missing individuals include Luis Antonio Juárez Franco, 28, last seen on January 31 in Cancún in Benito Juárez municipality. He has a medium build, dark complexion, brown eyes, short wavy black hair, a scar on his left thumb, and a large mole on his nose. He was wearing a black polo shirt, jeans, a red backpack, and black sneakers with white paint stains.

Authorities are also searching for Abraham Julián Silva Rivera, 21, missing since July 26, 2023 in Cancún. He has a light complexion, robust build, and tattoos on his chest and left hand. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, a blue shirt, black sneakers, a camouflage cap, and a black backpack.

Another case involves Joseph Iñaky Vázquez Hernández, 15, last seen on February 9 in Cancún. He has scars on his left hand and forearm, and his clothing at the time of disappearance is unknown.

In Chetumal in Othón P. Blanco municipality, Eliud Lahad Yamá Hernández, 30, has been missing since January 11. He has a dark complexion, robust build, and a recent burn on his right hand. He was wearing a blue shirt, jeans, and sandals.

Also in Othón P. Blanco, Joel Isaías Cruz Pucheta, 16, was last seen on February 13 in Carlos A. Madrazo. He has a slim build and light dark complexion, and was wearing a red shirt, jeans, blue sneakers, and a black backpack.

In Cancún, Verónica Adriana Montiel Guardado, 43, with a robust build and light dark complexion, has been missing since February 12.

In Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Anarely Marili Moo García, 16, was last seen on February 14. She has a light dark complexion, long red hair, a mole above her right eyebrow and another on her throat, and was wearing a black sweatshirt, navy blue school pants, and pink sandals.

Authorities urge the public to provide any information that could help locate the missing persons and to report any leads to emergency numbers or the State Prosecutor’s Office.
