Benito Juárez. Investigative Police officers attached to the State Attorney General’s Office executed an arrest warrant against a male identified as Juan José “N” for his alleged involvement in acts possibly constituting the crime of human trafficking in its child pornography modality in this municipality.
The now-detained individual is being investigated based on a complaint from the National Guard’s Scientific Directorate, which reported that the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) attaché in Mexico channeled three reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). These reports indicate that, using a pseudonym, Juan José “N” allegedly utilized various platforms to disseminate, distribute, store, create, produce, exchange, and share files containing images and videos of child pornography material.
Additionally, this Social Representation executed a search warrant at the investigated individual’s residence, where they secured the modem and electronic devices related to child pornography material. It should be noted that the cell phone Juan José “N” had in his possession at the time of his arrest is the one he used to share pornography files.
According to the expert opinion in the Tanner Scale Medicine specialty, among the child pornography material files found, most feature individuals under 18 years of age.
After completing the legal procedures, the detainee, along with the secured evidence, were made available to the requesting authority, which will determine Juan José “N”‘s legal status within the constitutional timeframe.
