Cancún, Mexico — The Cancún Hotel Association, representing Cancún, Puerto Morelos, and Isla Mujeres, is preparing to host the 37th edition of the Cancun Travel Mart (CTM). This key event for the tourism sector will be held from October 22 to 24, 2025, at the Iberostar Selection Cancún hotel. The gathering aims to facilitate interaction between buyers and suppliers, enabling the development of new business opportunities within the industry.

A Strictly Business Format

The CTM program follows a "strictly business" format, beginning with an arrival and registration day, followed by two days dedicated to pre-scheduled business appointments. During these sessions, buyers and suppliers will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with decision-makers to discuss existing contracts, develop new packages, and address last-minute needs for the spring and summer season.

A distinctive feature of this event is its unique format, where buyers are the ones with a booth, unlike the suppliers. This arrangement allows suppliers to visit the buyers' booths, which helps reduce costs related to booth decoration and setup, thereby fostering a more efficient and accessible experience for all participants.

Distinguished Participants

The event will host notable buyers, including tour operators, wholesalers, and meetings and incentives companies from the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

The early registration fee for buyers is 150 US dollars (200 dollars after August 11). This fee includes a 3m by 2m booth equipped with a table, chairs, an electrical outlet, and an identification sign, as well as a delegate badge, pre-programmed appointments with suppliers, and access to all social and commercial activities of the CTM.

On the other hand, suppliers, who are considered "decision-makers," represent products and services from across Mexico, including hotels, airlines, receptive tour operators, and tourist attractions. The early registration fee for suppliers is 1,250 US dollars and includes two delegate badges and access to all event activities.

Optimized Meeting Management

To optimize the management of meetings, the event will utilize the SelectMatch™ system, designed by William H. Coleman, Inc. This system will schedule "PerfectMatch" appointments based on the mutual requests of buyers and suppliers, virtually reducing the possibility of no-shows and ensuring the productive conduct of business meetings.

The Cancun Travel Mart presents itself as an invaluable platform to boost cooperation and growth within the tourism industry, consolidating itself once again as an essential event on the sector's calendar.
